And we reach our third post in our series on debtors attempts to sidestep their obligation on a New York Judgment by hiding assets.  Today we discuss hiding assets with Exempt Plans.  

Some things are beyond the court judgment’s reach. These exemptions include profit sharing and retirement planning. Sometimes people will invest in these plans specifically because they believe that someone may be after their assets and the court cannot touch these plans.
